Abdominal Muscles - You don't need to make your abs as the favorite body part for getting a 6 pack abs. In fact you should restrict yourself training your abs no more than for 3 days in a week.
Exercises for your abs should be a part of your bodybuilding exercise regime. You should train all big muscles and body parts. Isolation training for a particular muscle group does not work well. So make ab exercises a part of your training not the whole of it.
