P90X Workout Program is developed by Tony Horton along with the director Mason Bendewalder and the Beach Body. The workout program created waves in the fitness world as it promises to improve the fitness of the individual in 90 days provided you follow their workout schedules and the 3-stage diet plan.
The workouts are an excellent mixture of cardio, yoga, plyometrics, stretching and not to forget-strength training. There are 11 DVD that are dedicated to the entire workout set, providing you guidance at every step and the 12th DVD is the Ab Ripper X and the total workout are timed from anything between 16 minutes to one hour.
